Through no fault of our own, many restaurants have had to close due to a coronavirus pandemic. There is nothing wrong with being in the restaurant business, but we must be able to use adversity to our advantage, not only as a source of income, but also as an inspiration to others.

Bubba's Brasserie, described as "the first and only full-service all-inclusive restaurant in Mississippi," is in its third year of operation. Bubba's owner, the restaurant's owner and co-founder, spoke to CNN about his business and his vision for the future of his restaurant.

Built in the 1940s, this 28 'tall, larger and life-size mamma offers its guests a unique atmosphere full of home-made cooking classics. Clarksdale's landmark also made a name for itself for its hickory - pork shoulder cooked in hickory.
